Our sofas are handcrafted in Poland by skilled artisans using high-quality materials, and they are designed to serve you for many years. Should you ever need assistance, we are always ready to support you with care and attention.

Most of our sofas are made to order. Production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the model. The exact lead time is always indicated on the product page.

For items available in our warehouse, we ship as soon as possible. Delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on your location.

Yes, we offer free fabric and leather samples. We strongly encourage you to order them, as colors may appear differently on screens depending on your display settings.

If you order a standard (non-customized) model, you have 14 days to return it in line with consumer regulations. As our sofas are often made individually to each client’s specifications, customized models are not eligible for return. Returned items should be in unused condition and free from signs of use.
